Budget was the big hurdle in this project. AGI was in at the beginning and understood the architect intent at the siding locations. It was to be aluminum composite panel system with sunset spectra paint. The panel widths were to be 1', 2', 3' mixed into DNA appearance. With panels as small as 6 sq.ft. the fabrication cost and the installation cost exceeded the budget. AGI developed a spandrel glass skin system still allowing condensation to weep, trace amounts of air flow behind to perform a a rain screen system. Cost savings were substantial and the glass siding always looks clean. Note: no two frames were the same requiring extensive drawings, layout and fabrication.

Entries are segmented Curtain Wall in a wedding cake design that was carried inside to glass stair rails, railings and two story radius glass.
